RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If your purchase is damaged, defecftive or the wrong product is shipped (in error), you are eligible for a full refund of the purchased price of the item(s), excluding the shipping fee.
Please note: 7-day return policy entails 7 days from the date you recieved your order. So once your order has arrived (within 7 days) check it and if there is a problem such as breakage or it's not the product you ordered, take a few photo's and email us at support@funkchez.com and let us know what trhe issue is. We'll work out with you the best solution depending on the issue. Given that the refund or credit is approved we'll make arrangments for a refund or credit at that point.
What can I return?
We will gladly refund your purchase or credit your accounts (and likely provide a sorry gift) if it's the wrong product delivered or was damaged in transit. We are sorry but we don't refund product purchases if you have simply changed your mind. For both wrong product delivered, defective goods or damaged goods received ensure that it is unused and in its original condition (or as recieved if broken) and in the original packaging. Also make sure you have some photos for us to visualize the issue.
We suggest that when you purchase your first items from FunkChez.com you open an account so we can keep all you documentation for your account in one place to streamline the refund or credit account process.
We request that you contact us before sending your item back, as our returned items are sent back to our distribution center in Australia.
Return Exemptions:
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund but we will surely offer you a discount on your next purchase.
Several types of purchases are exempt from being returned like 'Final Sale' items, heavily discounted items that "State NON Returnable" and items that are 'made to order' or customized on request.
If you are required to pay any custom duties and/or taxes to your local customs office and you refuse to do so, FunkChez will not be responsible for any payments for your order and no refunds will be issued in this case.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items that have been damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to FunkChez's error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refund times may vary based on the bank's timelines.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we request that you check your email from us and then check with your Bank or credit card company, as it takes time for refunds to be officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer support@funkchez.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit or by the courier company (as long as you provide proof before sending it back to us). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: support@funkchez.com
Note that FunkChez has no control over the shipping carrier however, we will do our best to work with you and come to a good resolution in any way we can.
Shipping:
To return your product, please send an email to support@funkchez.com and we will guide you accordingly.
Once we have heard from you and identified the issue we can work out what is the best solution.
Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due a reason listed in What can I return that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you or reach us in case you are returning the item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. FunkChez does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
