We try to get our products out to you as soon as you place your order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and process your order. Note: If your order is placed on a Friday, we would process your order on Monday. Please refer to the delivery timelines below.
Standard delivery takes approximately 7-15 business days, once your order has been processed. Note that some products are made to order.
Delays could potentially occur due to high demand of certain products or weather conditions that may affect the carrier, which we have no control over. In such cases, there could be a delay in shipment by another week. We try to be as transparent as possible and you can always reach out to us anytime by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
When ordering multiple items at once, delivery times may differ for some products, based on the warehouse that is coming from. Note: We ship orders internationally and products are located in different countries including, but not limited to the US, Canada, China, UK and India). You do not need to worry as you will receive individual tracking numbers for your order and you can always track the same on our tracking page.
Please note: Our carriers do not deliver shipments during holidays and weekends (Saturdays & Sundays).
We will send you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. We request that you provide your email address at the time of the order. Please check your spam folder in your inbox or notify us immediately at email@example.com in case you do not receive your tracking number.
In case you do not receive your product within the timeframe specified at the time of your order, we request that you notify us immediately, so that we can intervene and follow up on your order with our logistics company.
For our products delivered to United States, customers do not have to pay any imposed custom duties and taxes, unless an order exceeds USD 800. In such cases, we request you to check with the US Customs.
For our Canadian and International customers, depending on the product type, you may be asked to by your local customs office to pay the custom duties and/or taxes. We request that you check with us prior to placing your order or check with your local customs office in your country for more information.
We always try and reduce your cost through our carrier services in such cases, which also means longer delivery times.
Please note: FunkChez will not be responsible for any custom duties and/or taxes imposed on your order. If you are asked to pay custom duties and/or taxes and you refuse to do so, FunkChez will not take responsibility for the clearance of custom duties and/or taxes in your country and FunkChez will not issue any refunds to your order (including shipping charges to you) due to this.

Once you email us, we will provide you with the address to send your item back. Please do not send the item to the address mentioned on your package as our returns are currently sent to our distribution center in Canada.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the day you placed your order. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days of your receiving your order, we are unable to process any refunds. If in any case, you have received your product past 30 days for any reason, we will certainly extend the return date by one week to give you time to try out your new purchase.
Several types of purchases are exempt from being returned like 'Final Sale' items and customized products that were made to order.
If you are required to pay any custom duties and/or taxes to your local customs office and you refuse to do so, FunkChez will not be responsible for any payments for your order and no refunds will be issued in this case.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or a store credit is granted (if applicable) for;
- Items that have been damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (if you provide proof before sending it back to us within our 30 day policy). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend noting down the tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. It is not guaranteed that FunkChez will receive your returned item.
We do custom orders for your own personal use or for Weddings and any events, branding for Corporations & bulk orders in general. We also have our designers on board with graphic design experience that can turn your vision into reality.
